Stephen Asbury MBA (Distinction) MIEMA CEnv CFIOSH
Stephen Asbury has over twenty years of risk management experience, and is the author of "HSEQ Audits - A Risk-based Guide". He has worked in 34 countries with a variety of blue chip clients, and has undertaken >600 OHS&E audits. Stephen is a Chartered Fellow and a Director of IOSH, an IRCA OH&S Lead Auditor, and an IEMA Principal Environmental Auditor. He has an MBA with Distinction, and was a founder member of CRS. In his spare time, Stephen is a DiveMaster and enjoys theatre and F1. |

John Watson
John Watson joined CRS from the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he spent over twenty years in client-facing roles. As Sales Director, John brings to CRS a sales discipline and he is very keen to build on the fantastic relationship that CRS has with its clients. In his spare time, John is an avid reader and supporter of Notts County. He is married with two children aged 9 and 7.
For those following the 'Jolly John' column in SHP, John has currently lost 29lbs.
6/6/07 Still hit and miss, but thanks for all the support e mails, they are appreciated. My SHP Column will tell the full tale, suffice it to say progress not as hoped, but still downward. I wil update this when I can. Thanks for stopping by.
3/7/07 SHP are looking for you to up your sponsorship! it may as well be £10 a lb at the moment! To be fair I have holidays coming up allowing me to refocus, currently at 262lbs so an improvement, but not enough. Onwards and upwards!
28/9/07 Its been a while, and a continuing struggle, however I beleive the corner has been turned. Currently 255lbs, after an up and down few months. See SHP next month for all the gory details.

Charles M Ford
Charles brings with him a great deal of sales/management/coaching experience gained in the financial arena working with all the major UK banks over the past 30 years. Charles’s natural enthusiasm, energy and positive drive are a welcome addition to the team as we expand the CRS business proposition to a wider audience. In his spare time Charles enjoys travelling, painting, sculpture, GP motorcycling and also likes the odd game of Golf.

Graham Myatt MIIRSM Dip2.OSH CMIOSH
Graham Myatt is our Head of Training, and our lead NEBOSH General Certificate tutor. he has nineteen years of experience as a trainer. Graham manages a range of training programmes from all the leading Chartered risk bodies. Graham is a certified manual handling instructor and trainer. Over the past three years, he has developed his skills on consultancy assignments, working with insurers, brokers and CRS clients directly. In his spare time, Graham spends his time with his family. |

Dave Lole CMIOSH
Dave Lole joined CRS from the retail sector. Dave has worked in engineering, food manufacturing, and has specialist skills in sports grounds and leisure facilities. He is a very experienced presenter and trainer, and his consultancy clients have included the UK's largest retailer at home and overseas, major insurance brokers and insurers. Dave is an NVQ assessor, and CRS's health and safety competent person. In his free time, Dave is a family man and supports Coventry FC. |

Andrew Arkinstall CMIOSH Dip2OSH
Andrew is a Senior Consultant and Trainer, and like Graham is a key person in our NEBOSH programme. Previously, he has worked in the retail and leisure sectors, progressing into the training sector and has gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge in health and safety issues. Clients include both large manufacturing companies and SMEs in the food, manufacturing, retail, construction and automotive sectors. Andrew is a City and Guilds NVQ assessor with 10 years experience in delivering Health and Safety, Retail, Customer Service and Business Administration qualifications up to level 5. In his spare time Andrew enjoys retail therapy, golf and travel. |

Richard joined the CRS team from a government funded agency. He is currently leading our IEMA applied learning programme. He has experience of implementing management systems in Health & Safety and Environmental disciplines,he has over 8 years experience across public and private sectors and out of work he enjoys running to raise money for Cancer Research and looking after his young family. |

Jane Milner DIP Business Studies
Jane Milner is the CRS Administrator/Office Manager. Jane is our main IOSH, CIEH and City & Guilds contact, and looks after invoicing, marketing, banking and all other administrative responsibilities. When not looking after her two boys, Jane likes to socialise with her family and friends. |

Paul Bradbury BSc (Hons), DMS, Dip2OSH, CSPA, CMIOSH, MRIPH
Paul has been a health and safety practitioner since 1992. He is a Corporate Member of IOSH, a Registered Safety Practitioner and a qualified microbiologist. He has experience in working for large multi - site retail organisations (food and non-food), manufacturing and the construction industry. As a trainer, Paul delivers NEBOSH (Diploma and National General Certificate), IOSH and CIEH courses.

Craig is a Fellow of IOSH and a Registered Safety Practitioner with almost 20 years of experience in all sectors of both UK and Global business risk management. He has worked with clients at all points of consulting delivery, from audits to corporate strategy. He is currently driving a strategic growth into web enabled risk management application development as a Director of our sister company, Eighty20 Consulting . Craig is married with two children (9 and 12) and is an avid supporter of the world's greatest football team - Manchester United! |

John Leivers is a mechanical engineer and a health and safety practitioner with a background in the power generation industry. He has worked with CRS since 1999. John specialises in training, particularly on our NVQ programme, and in the delivery of Safety Passports. He is also an RTITB Forklift Truck Instructor. In his spare time, John plays squash and is interested in hill walking and photography |

John Beresford CMIOSH
John Beresford joined CRS in 2005 as an NVQ Assessor. He has almost 30 years experience in health and safety, and for 25 years worked for a leading brewing and leisure company. During his time as Group Safety Adviser / Company Safety Manager he gained a wide experience of not only food and drink manufacturing and distribution, but also of the retail, leisure and hotel sectors. John has been a member of several national health and safety working parties including those of the British Beer and Pub Association and British Soft Drinks Association. He also holds the Institute of Acoustics Certificate in Workplace Noise Assessment. John is a family man and in his spare time he enjoys photography, music, walking and travel. |

Ken Harburn CFIOSH
Ken Harburn is an extremely well-know individual in the health and safety world, having held a number of key positions within RoSPA and IOSH Branches. Ken spent many years as global HSE advisor to a large multi-national manufacturing group. He has worked with CRS for three years - mainly on training contracts. Ken likes travelling, particularly if a game of golf is on offer! |

Carl White
Carl White is our computer and software technician. Carl provides technical support to users of our 'CRS Risk©' risk assessment software, and maintains the CRS computer hardware. He is office-based, so clients will seldom see him. However, his advice is always welcomed when things go wrong - bugs, malfunctions and glitches. Carl has recently bought a new home, and is spending much of his free time decorating it to suit his preferences. |

Steve Kay is the CRS quality management systems specialist. Steve brings experience from the electronics, automotive and textile sectors. As an additional responsibility to his main work, he is course leader for business Master's Degree programmes in the UK and Denmark. His wife and he are parents to Joshua. |

Rik Pitman BSc CMIOSH Dip.Pollution Control Dip. Env & Dev
Rik is a Chartered Health & Safety Practitioner and has a Bachelor of Science degree specialising in Environmental science. He also gained a diploma in Pollution Control and a diploma in Environment and Development.
He initially trained as an Electrical Engineer with the CEGB and worked as an engineer for a number of years both within the power generation industry and food manufacture. Rik worked as a senior SHE manager for a large food manufacturer for 15 years prior to working as a SHE consultant.
He currently supports the CRS NVQ programme in the South West region. Rik and his wife enjoy walking, cycling and holidaying in their Spanish home. |

Kerry Edwards BSc (Hons), CMIOSH, MIIRSM, RGN Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner
Kerry has over 16 years experience in Occupational Safety & Health covering Manufacturing, Design & Engineering and more.
Kerry joined CRS in December 2005 as an NVQ Assessor, aiming to help others in the field of occupational safety and health to develop a dynamic approach in their workplaces. Kerry has developed and implemented Health & Safety Management systems in many organisations with her extensive knowledge of legislation and potential civil and criminal liabilities. |
